A 33 year career in the construction and property development has provided Darryl with the necessary skills and experience to enable him to manage and deliver major development projects.
Whilst Darryl’s primary qualifications are as a Quantity Surveyor, he has also completed post graduate studies in Project Management and Project Financial Analysis. Prior to joining M2 in 2002 Darryl worked for Ron McMaster constructions, Rider Hunt, Matrix, and the Ray Group.
Specific project experience includes medium and high-rise residential apartments, houses and townhouses, commercial offices and shopping centres, Darryl has project managed educational facilities at Bond University, integrated resort developments on Hamilton Island, Outrigger Resorts at both Coolangatta and Cairns and the Bale and Mirage Resorts in Port Douglas.
In overseeing M2’s development management, Darryl is responsible for transitioning developments from their initial concepts through to final delivery.
