"Breezes on Broadwater" was a $67M two-tower project located on the Gold Coast Broadwater at 430 Marine Parade Biggera Waters. The project comprised 89 one, two and three-bedroom apartments & six penthouses in two hi rise buildings with stunning views. M2 sold its interests in the project to the Raptis Group in 2006.
