"Gateway on Palmer" is a striking 12 storey $57M tower managed apartment hotel complex. The project is located on the Townsville waterfront adjacent to the Palmer street restaurant precinct and when completed this year will become one of the tallest residential projects ever approved by the Townsville City Council. The building's 112 apartments comprise 80 one, two and three bedroom units as well as 32 dual key apartments.

The project was a joint venture between M2 and Sydney-based PJ Group. M2 sold its interests in the project to the Quantum group in 2006.
